Avant Supported Living provides day program, employment services, and community-based services to adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help individuals maintain their independence and work to enhance their overall quality of life.
Program Manager Role:
- Provides day-to-day supervision and living skills instruction to individuals served by ASL with respect to their support plans
- Promotes healthy living standards in a safe and productive environment for the individuals and staff
- Manages the schedule and provides training for staff
- Communicates, charts, and documents all necessary information to meet goals of the individuals whom ASL serves and the organization’s requirements
- Attends required meetings and performs various administrative duties to complete directives
- Works direct support hours and assists in management of staff in designated programs
- Ensures the home remains clean and orderly based on ASL standards
- Works shifts as needed to fulfill the staffing pattern.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Two years of general management experience preferred
- Previous experience in health care, human services, and/or with intellectual/ developmental disabilities required
- Associate preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required
- L1MA, CPR/1st Aid Certification required
- Willingness to complete additional training
- Criminal and motor vehicle record that meets company standards
- Must have own reliable vehicle and valid automobile insurance
- Valid Missouri Class E driver’s license
- Register with FCSR (Family Care Safety Registry).
Pay: $48,000 – $53,000 per year
